Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Welcome to Webeez.io. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Webeez.io provides web design and development, branding, and AI automation services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract between Webeez.io and the client prior to commencement of work.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment of all agreed fees, the client is granted ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Webeez.io retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio. All preliminary designs, concepts, and rejected work remain the property of Webeez.io. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. Generally:

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files or live deployment are delivered.
  • Late payments may be subject to a monthly interest charge.

4. Revisions and Scope of Work

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Requests that exceed the agreed scope of work will be treated as change requests and billed at our standard hourly rate. We reserve the right to decline work that we deem inappropriate or outside our area of expertise.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure they have all necessary rights and permissions for any content they provide.
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webeez.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the client's website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. The deposit is non-refundable unless Webeez.io is unable to deliver the agreed services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
