When Arun Shekar approached Webeez, he came with a clear vision — a jewellery brand that felt undeniably premium, refined, and personal. He didn't just want a logo. He wanted an identity that would make every customer feel seen, admired, and celebrated. The tagline he carried into the brief said it all: "Look at you." That became the north star for everything that followed.
The Brief
The client's direction was singular and precise — premium, luxury, and deeply personal. Lay Dayamonds needed to stand apart from the sea of conventional jewellery branding that relies on overused motifs, generic gold flourishes, and predictable elegance. Arun Shekar wanted something crafted with intention, where every visual element whispered luxury rather than shouted it.

Our Process
- Discovery & Vision Alignment
We began with an in-depth client meeting where Arun Shekar walked us through his vision, aesthetic sensibilities, and the world he wanted Lay Dayamonds to inhabit. His tagline — "Look at you" — arrived in that first conversation, and it immediately shaped the emotional direction of the entire identity.
- Sketching & Ideation
Armed with the brief, our team moved to sketchpads — working through raw concepts by hand. This analogue first step allowed us to explore freely before committing to any digital direction, keeping the thinking loose, instinctive, and genuinely creative.
- Research & Differentiation
Extensive reference research revealed a challenge: the jewellery industry leans heavily on familiar visual patterns. Unwilling to follow the crowd, we invested two dedicated days exploring directions that felt genuinely distinct — pushing past convention to find a visual language that was truly Lay Dayamonds' own.
- Logo Presentation & Client Approval
We presented a curated set of logo drafts to Arun Shekar. He was visibly impressed — and gave us the green light on a direction he connected with immediately. That moment of genuine client delight confirmed we had found the right mark.
- Refinement to Luxury Standard
With the approved concept in hand, we refined every curve, proportion, and weight until the logo embodied the premium, luxury character the brand demanded. Nothing was left to chance — each detail was considered and intentional.
- Brand Ecosystem Build-Out
The approved logo became the foundation for a complete brand system — applied across jewellery box mockups, stationery, stamps, wish cards, and logo presentations. Every touchpoint was designed to carry the same sense of quiet luxury.
- Final Delivery
All working files were compiled and handed over to Arun Shekar — ready for immediate use. The project was completed in 10 working days, with a client who was genuinely happy at every stage and fully delighted at the finish.
