The Founder
Swapna Dhandhuruli came with a clear vision and the courage to match it. From Andhra Pradesh, she was building something entirely new — a handcrafted products business in the UAE, a market that rewards authenticity but demands professionalism from day one.
The products were ready. The ambition was there. What she needed first was a name and a face for her brand — an identity that could walk into the UAE market and be taken seriously.
The Brief
The challenge was clear: build a brand identity from scratch that could carry the warmth of Indian handcraft while fitting naturally into a modern, competitive retail market. The brand needed to feel trustworthy to UAE customers who had never heard of Sankalpa — and feel like home to the founder who built it.
No templates. No shortcuts. Just a mark that means something.
The Identity
The logomark draws from the visual language of the marketplace — a traditional store canopy, abstracted into clean geometric form. The cascading panels, rendered in a vibrant green gradient, evoke freshness, growth, and the layered richness of handmade craft. It is structured enough to signal reliability; warm enough to invite.
The wordmark — set in a bold, grounded typeface — anchors the mark with confidence. Together, the logo communicates exactly what Sankalpa Store is: a business with roots, purpose, and something genuine to offer.
The store is currently in its launch phase. The brand is ready.
